Individuals must bring ID and proof of address, and the Colonial Club reserves the right to charge with a credit or debit card.
Delivery times are 11 am to 1 pm, depending on the chosen delivery route, but the main factor is that the person must be at home - bound and 60 years or older. The recommended minimum donation to the Colonial Club pantry is $4.00 per meal, and if you are over 60 years old, we ask you to contribute to the cost of the meal as much as you can afford. We pay only for meals for those who can afford it, but also for their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
We also rely on contributions from people who use the program to offset the costs, and our volunteers share their knowledge, interests, experience and energy to contribute to the well-being of their local community. Through our joint commitment to fostering our children's potential, improving health and well-being, and supporting our neighbors, our membership gives our community the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. We give back to our neighbor as much as we give to ourselves and to those we know and love.
We have Domino's delivered and you can start earning points for free pizza when you order at any of our Milwaukee area restaurants, from our local grocery stores to our grocery stores in Madison, Milwaukee County and Madison County.
Sunshine Place is a community resource center and has a partnership with the Dane County Department of Human Services, which is responsible for caring for and supporting children and families in the Sun Prairie community. The Early Childhood Initiative offers free support to children aged 0 to 4. This welcoming space has become a hub for licensed tutoring programs - school programming, including arts and crafts, music, art classes and more. The nutrition program is a partnership between the Sun Prairie Community and the Dane County Department of Human Services. Meals are delivered to households and are partly funded by the Older Americans Act to provide food to seniors at food stalls.
The Home Mission Fund provides support to parishioners who have suffered a sudden and temporary loss of income. Help Latino families achieve their personal goals and dreams by purchasing affordable housing, education, health care, and other resources. Working with social workers, teachers and community advocates to find opportunities for children who might not otherwise be celebrating their birthday, holiday or other special events. Support services that exist as a resource for needy families, such as pantries, childcare facilities, community centres and schools.
